I am writing to commend the excellent service we have received from the team at Overhead Door over the last couple of days. Shane, the Residential Service Manager, is outstanding. We have worked with him for many years to take care of both new garage door installations as well as repairs. He is a major reason we keep coming back. He has excellent communication skills, a huge sense of urgency to solve whatever issue we are having at the time, and great follow through. In addition, he has excellent technical knowledge about garage doors which enable him to ask the right questions to begin to assess possible solutions for a repair.We were also very pleased with the technician Yousef who arrived later in the day. He is a new member of the Overhead Door team but comes to the organization with a lot of previous experience. He too was very professional, able to get the door operational enough to secure the garage and determine the parts we needed for the repair. We were very relieved when we learned that the repair could be done the next day.Bryan and Chase arrived today within the “window” as was promised and we received a text to let us know when they were on their way here. They completed the repair within the time planned and did a great job. The door is operating perfectly.The bottom line is that this entire experience has been totally consistent with those we have had previously with Overhead Door. They are a great team. This is why we always recommend them when friends ask us for garage door experts.
